Joe has been a real estate broker since 2009. Prior, from 1987 to 2010, Joe owned and operated a private international residential summer camp called Maromac located in the Laurentian mountains of Quebec, hosting up to 460 children and staff members. Maromac had been in operation since 1968. In Autumn, winter and spring, the winterized facility was called Maromac Event Center and hosted corporations annually from 1987 to 2010. Maromac welcomed individuals and businesses from Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. This is how Joe has accumulated thousands of qualified potential buyers, investors, and service resources, as well as additional contacts acquired over the past 18 years as a real estate broker.
